Terms of Sale
1. These terms. These Terms of Sale are the terms on which Blueprint Ground licenses you the digital build guide you buy; your purchase contract is with the merchant of record named in clause 2, under their terms. They are linked from the product listing you buy from, so you can read them before you pay. They are additional to our Terms of Use.
2. Who you are buying from. Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) is the merchant of record and seller of record for your purchase. The guide is licensed to you by Blueprint Ground, who wrote it; Blueprint Ground is not the seller.
3. What you are buying. A downloadable digital product: a PDF build guide. It is delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment. It is not a certified engineering deliverable, a permit, or a guarantee of any outcome (see the Safety & Construction Disclaimer).
4. Your licence. On payment Blueprint Ground grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the guide for your own personal DIY use. You may print copies for that personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense it.
5. Price and payment. Prices are shown on the product page in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable in full at checkout via Lemon Squeezy. Applicable taxes are shown or added at checkout.
6. Delivery. The guide is made available for download immediately after successful payment (and/or by emailed link). If you do not receive it, email hello@blueprintground.com and we will reply within 2 working days.
7. Cancellation and refunds. See the Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Important — immediate supply and the statutory cancellation right (UK/EU buyers): because this is digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (and the equivalent EU right) stops applying once supply begins, but only where you were asked at the point of purchase to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that consenting ends that right, and you gave that consent. If you were not asked for it, that right remains and you can cancel by emailing hello@blueprintground.com.
8. Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights, including, for UK consumers, the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
9. Nature of the guidance. The Safety & Construction Disclaimer forms part of these terms and is linked from the product listing, so that you can read it before you buy.
10. Governing law and disputes. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and nothing here takes away the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where the law gives you that right.. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where they give you stronger protection.
